H10 Tribeca Hotel - Madrid

Spacious rooms with quality toiletries. Early check-in was a pleasure! Staff was great. Breakfast had everything, even bubbly! The location is superb for Real Madrid fans, a short walk to the stadium!...  

Great modern room and bathroom with a bathtub.

The room (903) was ok, very calm at the 9th floor. Large and cleaned.

Breakfast and wi-fi costs. Within literally 50 mt there are at least 3 or four bars and pubs that offer breakfast at half price and free wi-fi for a beer.

Delicious varied breakfasts with gluten-free options.

I came to Madrid because I was attending the Real Madrid match in the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, the hotel was in a fantastic location for this!

The Wi-Fi was very very expensive at 17euro a day, most hotels now offer Wi-Fi for free to rooms clientele!

The only thing tha was good about this hotel was the location, as it was very close to where I wanted to be in madrid

Considering it is a four star hotel, it was a very poor fou star, more like a 2/3 star hotel. How can a fourstar hotel hoave air conditioning and advertis the fact, however only allow use after may !, I did not like the following 1. staff attitude. 2 cleanliness. 3. helpfulness of staff. 4. quality of bedding, and towels.. 5 very, very noisy.

Excellent location near to the stadium (Bernabeu) and close to metro station. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. Last day we got prepared sandwiches because we had to check out before the breakfast time. Breakfast was very...  

I really enjoyed my stay, especially because the hotel was conveniently located near public transport. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, made coming back after a long day refreshing. I appreciated the excellent air conditioning-definitely necessary in the summer heat. I found the marble flooring in the room a bit too cold. Some slippers would have been great. The breakfast spread was pretty nice, with delicious Iberian ham among other options. On the downside, I was disappointed with room service. The food quality just didn't meet my expectations. The burger was cold and tough, and the Pad Thai tasted like instant noodles. I'd think twice before ordering in again. All in all, good place for a short stay, closer to the quieter parts of the city.

Reception employees were all not helpful. Breakfast waiters were courteous and nice. Breakfast was poor and not value for money

The charge for breakfast is little bit on the expensive side.
